Custom Integrations & AI Development

Make your business systems work as one

Online enquiries and orders that land straight in your business software. Websites connected to the tools your business runs on. Repetitive admin handed to automation. We scope, build, host and support custom integrations and AI-powered tools for New Zealand businesses.

How it works
1

Scope

We work out what is possible, what is involved and what it costs.

2

Build

We build in stages and test with your team as we go.

3

Host

Run in Microsoft Azure, alongside your Microsoft 365.

4

Support

We keep looking after it once it’s live.

Sound familiar?

Your systems work. They just don’t work together.

Most businesses run on good software that was never designed to talk to the rest of their tools. So people fill the gap, retyping and copy-pasting the same information every day. That gap is what we build for.

Double data entry

The same customer, booking or job typed into two or three systems. Wasted hours, and mistakes that creep in every time.

Systems that don’t talk

Your website, your line-of-business software and your Microsoft 365 environment all doing their own thing on separate islands.

Manual steps that don’t scale

Processes held together by copy-paste and one person who knows how it all works. Fine at ten customers, painful at a hundred.

Off-the-shelf almost fits

The software you bought does 80% of the job. The missing 20% is where your team loses the most time each week.

What we build

Purpose-built connections and tools, sized for your business

Most of what we build is small and focused: a connection, a portal, an automation that removes one specific bottleneck. Built around the systems you already use, and hosted where we can look after it.

API integrations

Connect your website, booking system or online store to your practice management, job management or accounting software, so information flows across on its own instead of being retyped.

Online booking & customer portals

Let customers book, order or submit requests on your website, with each one pushed straight into the software your team already works in. No re-keying, no missed entries.

Workflow automation

Forms, approvals, notifications and document handling that run themselves. Built on the Microsoft platform where possible, so it lives inside the environment we already manage.

AI-powered tools

Document processing, drafting, triage and summarising built into your workflows where it actually saves time, with a person reviewing the output.

Azure-hosted web apps

Small, purpose-built applications hosted in Microsoft Azure, the same platform behind your Microsoft 365. Secured and backed up by the team that manages the rest of your IT.

Reporting & data sync

Keep information consistent across systems, and pull data from the tools you use into dashboards and reports your team can actually act on.

How we work

Scoped first, priced up front, supported after

Custom development has a reputation for blowing out. Ours doesn’t, because we scope properly first and quote before any work starts. Then we stay responsible for what we deliver.

01

Scope

We talk through what you are trying to do, check what your systems and their APIs can support, and give you a clear proposal with the cost before anything begins.

02

Build

We build in stages and test with your team along the way, so what goes live matches how your business actually works, not how a spec sheet imagined it.

03

Host

Your integration runs in Microsoft Azure, alongside your Microsoft 365 environment, with security, monitoring and backups set up from day one.

04

Support

We monitor, maintain and update what we build. If your software, an API or your business changes, we adjust it. One provider, responsible end to end.

Common questions

What business owners ask us about custom builds

What counts as a custom integration?

Any time two systems need to share information automatically. A website booking form that writes appointments into your practice management software. An online order that creates a job in your job management tool. A form that files documents into the right SharePoint folder. If your team is retyping information from one system into another, that’s usually an integration waiting to be built.

Our software says it has an API. What does that mean for us?

An API is a doorway that lets other software talk to your system securely. If your practice management, accounting or job software has one, we can usually connect it to your website, your Microsoft 365 environment or another tool, so information flows automatically instead of being retyped.

Where does a custom integration run?

We host integrations and custom tools in Microsoft Azure, the same platform behind Microsoft 365. If we already manage your 365 environment, your integration sits alongside it, secured and monitored under the same roof, with one provider responsible for the lot.

What does a custom integration cost?

Every build is scoped and quoted before any work starts, so you know the cost up front. Small integrations are often more affordable than people expect. And if we don’t think the numbers stack up for your business, we’ll say so.

Do you support it after it goes live?

Yes. We don’t build and disappear. We monitor, maintain and update what we build, and because we host it in Azure we usually spot problems before you do.

We’re not sure whether what we want is even possible. Should we still talk to you?

Yes. That’s exactly what scoping is for. Tell us what you’re trying to do in plain language and we’ll find out whether your systems can support it, what’s involved and what it would cost. Most modern business software has some way in.

Got two systems that should be talking to each other?

Tell us what you’re trying to do. We’ll tell you whether it’s possible, what’s involved and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
